Transnational Mobility Programmes

The EU labour market is characterised by high unemployment in some regions and sectors, and a shortage of skills and labour in others. Greater mobility is essential if Europe is to deliver its goal of more and better jobs. Employees that have experienced mobility tend to be better equipped to cope with change. A job change may help to develop new skills and knowledge, enhance job satisfaction and increase employability.

HELMAC partners with various Transnational Mobility programmes for Vocational Education and Training opportunities for professionals. Individual Enterprises and Training Organizations worldwide contribute to the training and development of individuals wishing to gain diverse and international work experience.          

Our offices also participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Exchange Programme as well as the Leonardo DaVinci Programme in continuous support for the development of young entrepreneurs and skills acquisition of students.


Candidates are evaluated on the basis of academic merit, proficient knowledge of at least one foreign language and completeness of their CV. A personal interview will also be held either at HELMAC's offices or via a SKYPE conference call.
